Happy Friday, Everyone! Hopefully, you had a great week. Again, I wanted to run down ten of the top questions I received in response to this week’s podcast. If you haven’t listened to that, you can check it out on Spotify, YouTube, or any of your favorite listening apps.

And, if I can at all be of any help, feel free to reach out here or find out more via my website.

This Week’s Questions

1. “I saw that 86% of companies expect major AI-driven change by 2030, but honestly… how do you even begin preparing for something that uncertain?”

2. “You talked about skill decay going invisible. Can you give an example of how that might show up inside a team without anyone realizing it?”

3. “As a people leader, how do I balance using AI to support my team without accidentally removing the opportunities they need to grow?”

4. “Do you think we’re overestimating how fast AI will impact most jobs? Like, is this a 2030 thing… or a right-now thing?”

5. “You mentioned in the podcast that a lot of leaders are trying to upskill and downsize at the same time. How do you do that well without burning everyone out?”

6. “Where do you think leaders should be focusing their upskilling efforts first? Tech tools? Thinking? Communication?”

7. “I’m not in a leadership role, but I want to stay valuable. What should I actually be doing with this kind of info?”

8. “You mentioned that many companies don’t really understand how work is getting done. What do you mean by that—and how do you fix it?”

9. “I work in a creative field, and I’ll be honest—seeing roles like graphic design on the ‘at risk’ list really shook me. What do you say to people like me?”

10. “You keep saying we’re not in the future of work—we’re already in it. If that’s true, what’s one mindset shift we need to make immediately?”
